This web site is your source for the latest Real Estate Properties available in the great Lakeland area.  I wanted to make this site more than just a search engine.  I want to give my visitors a taste of what it is like to live up here. 

I came to the Northwoods 19 years ago to help a small company increase their business.  If you have ever used a device that gives you a music sample in the store, of Nature and Music sounds, that was my invention and marketing idea.

That marketing plan increased our company sales from three million dollars with 23 employees to over 40 million dollars and 125 employees.  

When we sold the company in my fifth year I decided to go into the Real Estate Business to be able to stay in the Minocqua area.  It was my desire to continue to enjoy this area and all it has to offer.

My wife Linda, of eleven years, and I are good hosts and the entertainment organizers for all five of our kids, our family and friends. When you own property in the Minocqua area, the visitors come. 

The Friday Fish Fry is part of the Northwoods cuisine and tradition.  It's a great way to meet new people and sample the best restaurants. When friends and relatives come up they love the Friday Fish Fry.  I want to share some of my favorite restaurants to get a Friday Fish Fry with all of my web site visitors. 

I love to fish, golf, bow hunt, snowmobile, ski and just be in the woods.  There are thousands of lakes here in the Minocqua area and I still have not been on all of them, but I keep trying! 

I am and have been involved in our Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Golf League, Couples Bowling League, and Treasurer of our Northwoods Association of Realtors.  Our REMAX office helps and sponsors several charitable events such as Ice Golf in the Winter, Glow Golf at night, Children's Miracle Network and many other events and activities.
